From burnout to balance — I’ve lived the struggle, and now I help women rise above it.
I’m Katy, a health and wellness coach who knows firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck in your body, overwhelmed by wellness fads, and tired of starting over. After gaining 40 pounds and constantly feeling sick and exhausted, I realized something had to change — and that real, lasting health doesn’t come from extremes. It comes from sustainable habits, self-compassion, and support.
Like many of my clients, I wrestled with the all-or-nothing mindset. I’d go “all in” on workouts and nutrition for a few weeks… then one slip would send me spiraling back to square one. It wasn’t until I learned to rewire my thinking — and embrace consistency over perfection — that everything shifted. Now, that’s exactly what I help other women do.

My approach is fun and focused. Yes, we’re going to work toward real results — but in a way that feels manageable, empowering, and even enjoyable. No more burnout. No more guilt.
The Heart Behind It All
For too long, the wellness and beauty industries have fed women unrealistic expectations — leaving them frustrated, defeated, and disconnected from their bodies. I’m here to flip that script.
I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and in control of her health — without starving herself or running on a treadmill for hours. I coach from a place of integrity, balance, kindness, and truth. Because you don’t need another quick fix… you need a sustainable reset.
A Little More About Me
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me spending time with my horse, two dogs, and cat, hiking in nature, or nose-deep in a good book. I also can’t resist a solid dad joke — so don’t be surprised if a pun sneaks into our sessions.
If you're nervous to start, just know this: you're not nervous because you can’t do this — you're nervous because it's new. I’m not here to judge. I’m here to guide you, walk beside you, and remind you that change is possible. I’ve been where you are… and if I can do it, you can too.
